An invitation is hereby extended to any owner of property or other person who so desires, to lodge an objection with the Municipal Manager in respect of any matter reflected in, or omitted from, the General Valuation Roll 2023-2028 by 28 February 2023
Attention is specifically drawn to the fact that in terms of Section 50(2) of the Act an objection must be in relation to a specific individual property and not against the General Valuation Roll as such. The form for the lodging of an objection is obtainable at the following addresses/venues: Knysna Customer Care Centre, Sedgefield Municipal office, Karatara office, Libraries in Rheenedal, Hornlee and Jood se Kamp.
Completed forms must be returned on or before 28 February 2023 at any of the following venues: Knysna Customer Care Centre, Sedgefield Municipal office, Karatara office, Libraries in Rheenedal, Hornlee and Jood se Kamp. Alternatively, the forms can be emailed to valuations@knysna.gov.za
